During this time, and always, our highest priority is the safety and health of our clients and everyone who works with or in the business. We have reviewed the guidelines as set forth by the State of Alaska and have come up with the following changes to our guidelines and protocols to help prevent the spread of illness to our clients and to ourselves while conducting business. We believe that by following the guidelines below, we can continue to serve our clients as safely as possible.
We have put in place the following guidelines to help prevent the spread of the illness:
- No more than one photo session will be scheduled per day.
- Photographer will shower before and after each session.
- Photographer will take temperature before each session. If temperature is above 99 degrees, the session will be rescheduled to take place no sooner than 14 days later.
- Face masks will not automatically be worn as they may interfere with direction given by photographer, but if requested by Client they will be worn. Photographer will bring a face mask to all sessions in case wearing the face mask is requested.
- Sessions will take place outdoors when possible, and if in an indoor location, extra sanitizing will take place before and after session.
- If Photographer shows any signs of Covid-19, including fever, difficulty breathing, persistent dry cough, body aches, or chills, the session will be postponed to take place no sooner than 14 days.
In addition, we are requiring all clients to comply with the following guidelines:
- All payments shall be provided online prior to the session via credit card or PayPal. No cash or checks will be accepted.
- We suggest that all clients shower or wash hands for at least 20 seconds before and after each session.
- We suggest that all clients take their own temperature before each session. If temperature is above 99 degrees, the session will be rescheduled to take place no sooner than 14 days later.
- If the client has been diagnosed with Covid-19 or has had direct contact with anyone diagnosed with Covid-19 in the last 30 days, the photo session will be rescheduled to take place no sooner than 14 days later.
- If the client has travelled out of state within the last 14 days, the photo session will be rescheduled to take place no sooner than 14 days later.
- If Client shows any signs of Covid-19, including fever, difficulty breathing, persistent dry cough, body aches, or chills, the session will be postponed to take place no sooner than 14 days later.
